I am currently an associate professor at Xidian University, China. I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong in 2020 and the B.Eng./M.Sc. in Information and Communication Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2013/2016. I have also spent time interning at Adobe Research and CASIA.
My research interests lie in the areas of computer vision and computer graphics, with special emphasis on layout modeling. Specifically, I am interested in teaching computers to understand layouts of natural scenes or graphic designs in spatial/temporal domain, and exploring the potential use in various applications such as shadow/reflection/flare detection and removal.
